I’ve done many deep dives on cohousing over the years. For folks in the USA, https://www.cohousing.org is a great resource. The problem is (for me) that many have long wait lists and are cost prohibitive. I was keen on a place in Colorado but it was wayyyy to expensive for single income me. I think the idea has gained loads of steam over the years.. Especially since we’re living in a time with the most single person households. Crazy. And we wonder why there’s a loneliness epidemic?
